Missouri Community College Association Leadership Academy graduates 2024–2025cohort

The Missouri Community College Association (MCCA) celebrated the graduation of its 2024–2025 Leadership Academy cohort last month during a final gathering in Jefferson City, Mo.
Throughout the academic year, participants met for four sessions hosted across the state, including visits to three community college campuses and MCCA’s headquarters. The academy is designed to give up-and-coming professionals across Missouri’s community colleges the opportunity to explore leadership practices and build professional relationships outside their home institutions.
During the final session, members visited the Missouri State Capitol to learn more about how state policy and funding decisions are made and how those decisions affect Missouri’s community colleges.
“We are incredibly proud of the dedication and leadership demonstrated by this year’s cohort,” said MCCA President and CEO Brian Millner. “These professionals represent the future of Missouri’s community colleges, and we look forward to seeing the continued impact they will have on their institutions and communities.”
