He received a Master’s in Public Affairs from the Truman School at the University of Missouri-Columbia and is working on an EdD from Texas Tech University. Before joining MCCA as President and CEO in 2017, Brian served as chief of staff at the University of Missouri-Columbia and as legislative director for the Missouri Department of Economic Development. He also represented MCCA in the Missouri capitol as a legislative consultant with John Bardgett & Associates. He currently lives in Columbia with his wife and three daughters. Jordan WilliamsDeputy Director and General Counseljordan.email@example.com Read Bio Jordan Williams Jordan joined MCCA in September 2019 as Deputy Director and General Counsel. Jordan’s primary responsibility is to oversee the Missouri Apprenticeships in Manufacturing Program (MoAMP), a U.S. Department of Labor grant and statewide initiative to deliver innovative pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship training programs through Missouri’s community colleges. Jordan has worked in public service for most of his legal career, serving at the local, state, and federal levels. His most recent role was as a Unit Leader for the Office of the Missouri Attorney General. He received both his B.S. and Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri. Jordan lives with his wife and three children in Columbia, where he coaches tee-ball and spoils his dog. Katy LinnenbrinkDirector of Communicationkaty.firstname.lastname@example.org Read Bio Katy Alexander Katy joined MCCA in June 2021 with a passion for writing and a background in communications. Katy most recently served as a communications specialist in the Office of Missouri Governor Michael L. Parson preparing numerous speeches, statements, press releases, and other official communications on behalf of the Governor's Office. Katy is graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism with an emphasis in strategic communication and public relations. She currently lives in Jefferson City with her husband and German Shepherd dog. Cliff JudyDirector of ProfessionalDevelopment and Member Engagementcliff.email@example.com Read Bio Cliff Judy Cliff joined MCCA in July 2021 from Newsy with more than 15 years of experience in journalism. For eight years, Cliff led a variety of teams, product launches and initiatives while Newsy grew exponentially in size and reach. Prior to Newsy, Cliff worked as an anchor and reporter in Wichita and Kansas City. Cliff is a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism and currently lives in Columbia with his wife, three children and their dog. Cliff and his wife are also the owners of MyTurn, a small apparel company promoting images of girls working in STEM, agriculture and other fields in which women are vastly underrepresented. Lexi previously worked for Verizon Wireless as an account manager in the Columbia, Jefferson City and Lake Ozark areas. Lexi is a graduate of Helias High School and is currently working on her associate degree with Ozarks Technical Community College. She currently lives in Jefferson City with her fiancé Collin and miniature dachshund Rosie.
